Teriyaki Town Restaurant is a healthful, Chef-driven, Asian-inspired restaurant that uses local produce, sustainable fish, and innovative ingredients.

In 2011, Teriyaki Town began operating in Lindsay Ontario. It was the first restaurant in Kawartha Lakes to serve Japanese cuisine.

This innovative concept was inspired by Chef Joo and nutritionist Angie, who own and manage the restaurant.
